Introduction

This book is an interesting exploration of the process used in coding astrological and astronomical cycles into literature. It engages in a thorough analysis of the book of Genesis, exploring coding systems by which astrological symbolism is veiled. Ferrera was asked:

Why does Gann refer to the Bible all the time, and what's in there that would apply to his market trading system?

This books answers that question. Ferrera begins with an analysis of the other leading interpreters of Bible cycles and astrology, Bayer, Larsen and Fiedler, then continues with his own analysis through Genesis. If you wonder how the Bible relates to time cycles, astrology and financial markets, this is one of the best books to explain what that connection is, in fact, it is one of the only books to do so, George Bayer's Bible Interpretation being the other.

When we get down to actual studies of the Bible and not the mere reading, we notice that we find numbers, such as seven, twelve, forty, seventy, etc. repeating so often that their meaning cannot possibly be what we understand today as seven, twelve, forty, seventy, etc. My work on this subject has revealed that the meaning is degrees of a circle, so that when Moses remained forty days on Mount Sinai we have to understand: Jupiter moved forward forty degrees in the heaven

“In Revelations as well as Daniel we find quotations of: Time and times and half time. Revelation 12:14: “And the women were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place where she is nourished for a time, and time, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.”

This event tells us that at the time it was winter. The eagle of the Bible always means the zodiacal sign of Capricorn. The woman in this case represents the Sun, whose home is the sign of Leo. She flew into the wilderness, her place. The wilderness of the Bible means the sign of Leo.

Chart readers have a subconscious idea that in charting stock movement they discover similarities with previous movements, hoping for exact repetitions of movements one or two months later. This is a very fine idea if it would do so. We merely look to the Bible for help. Genesis 10 shows us the big cycles of stock movements or any other movements; so does Genesis chapter 5, wherein we note that the Adam cycle is 930 years long, equaling in our language 930-degrees of motion of one certain planet.

It has taken me years to shake off concrete facts, the idea that Washington or France moves the market, but once discarded; a new foundation had to be built. The Bible was used as the foundation and it proved to be a solid one. For those who want further proof that the Bible is nothing but an astrological book and proof that the writers of the Bible knew more about astronomy than we will ever know and especially of the influences of heavenly bodies upon human beings. I bring chapter 720 of Herschel’s Outlines of Astronomy, from my copy, dated: Phila., PA., 1849.

“Now although, it is true that the mean motion of no planets are exactly commensurate, yet cases are not wanting in which there exists an approach to this adjustment. For instance, in the case of Jupiter and Saturn, a cycle composed of five periods of Jupiter and two of Saturn, although it does not exactly bring about the same configuration, does so pretty nearly.”

In the first book of Moses, Genesis, we learn that God creates the world in six days. Later, in the Bible, we learn that a day is a thousand years with the Lord. Therefore, the 6 days of creation in Genesis refers to a period of time equal to 6,000 years.

Currently, the meridian of the earth is pointed directly at the polestar Polaris. The crossing or passing of this degree is called the “Passover” and is the changing of the polarity of our Universe. When this takes place, the old heavens and earth are destroyed and marks the beginning of time for the new heaven and earth. The Bible explains that previous to the time, when the polarity is changed that 7 years of famine, disaster and pestilence, caused by the elements of nature, takes place on this earth. The location of the disaster takes place at the degrees of longitude on the earth that corresponds to the location of the pole star in the heavens for the age.

Returning back to the birth of Jesus, we find that the history books indicate that he was born between 8 BC to 4 BC. We also know from the Bible that the 3 magi (astrologers), later changed to 3 kings saw his star in the sky. In the year 7 BC, there was an extremely rare triple conjunction of Saturn and Jupiter, which only occurs once, every 900 years in Pisces. The first conjunction occurred May 27, 7 BC. The Second occurred on October 6th, 7 BC and the Third on December 1st, 7 BC. These conjunctions must have looked spectacular as if they were nearly touching each other in the sky, separated by less than 1-degree.
